2 Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use our Service for personal or commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials

3 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 5 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, we will prorate the charges accordingly.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

In no event shall Heatmap Analytics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
